Classic Construction Models (CCM) of Beaverton, Oregon announces the availability of its 1:48 scale, 1960's vintage Cat 769 Mining Truck model. This truck is their second release in a series of Caterpillar die-cast models CCM is producing from all new tooling.

Created for collectors, this model is based on hundreds of hours of taking and developing field measurements into 3D computer drawings that were combined with the latest in 3D model making technology to make the final product.

From the perforated grill and clear molded headlights to the chromed piston rods on the three-stage lift cylinders and finely sculpted body lines it is clear that this model is in a class of its own. Rubber tires, a fully detailed engine and drive train along with an accurate cab interior are the finishing touches that create a level of detail rarely achieved in die-cast models.

Total production of the 769 Rear Dump Truck is limited to 2000 models. The 769 model will sell for $139.95 and can be found at www.ccmodels.com.
